AMMF is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 687 834 224 (“YMFAH”) and its related bodies corporate (together, the “Yamaha Finance Group”). AMMF has built this customer mobile application (“Application”) as a service to better assist our customers.

Our Privacy Policy describes the circumstances in which we may need to provide your personal information to, or get personal information about you from, persons located overseas. In summary, we may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients from time to time, for reasons such as technical support or data storage. Where we disclose your personal information overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient handles your personal information in accordance with the APPs, unless otherwise required or authorised by law. This Application has a function allowing you to use your mobile device’s camera to take pictures and scan barcodes only. Where you choose to use this function, we will only collect information directly related to the specific picture or barcode. We do not access or collect any other photos or files stored on your device's photo gallery or file system.
Our Privacy Policy contains information on how you may access and seek correction of the personal information we hold about you. In summary, you can gain access to your personal information by using the contact details described in section 12 “Contact Us”. We will correct inaccurate personal information about you within 30 days of a correction request. We will then send you written confirmation of the correction within a reasonable period. In the event your personal information was previously disclosed to another entity or third party, we will take reasonable steps to notify them.
AMMF may charge an access fee to cover the cost of staff searching for, locating and retrieving requested information and staff reproducing and sending it to the person (postage or using an intermediary) who has requested access.
